Organisational Consultancy

Consultations can be arranged as a discrete intervention or over-time reflective spaces become embedded into the team culture.   Our professional identities are central to our sense of who we are both at home and at work. The psychological impact of work-related stress should not be under-estimated nor should reports of staff  burnout, compassion-fatigue, vicarious trauma and moral injury be ignored. The opportunity to share together in a safe and confidential space on a regular basis can be life-changing and transformative for the workplace.

Drop-in Sessions

As part of Organisational Consultancy I can meet with individual members of a team to discuss their concerns in a confidential setting.

Confidentiality

Work-related groups are held maintaining confidentiality.  The conversations can be therapeutic but the group is not a psychotherapy group.  People can get to know each other in different ways, strengthening helpful working relationships.
